• Any variations arising from the nature of materials or manufacturing processes shall be considered within the approved specifications and technically acceptable tolerances.

7. Delivery, Shipping, and Installation

• Expected delivery dates are determined based on the type of product, its specifications, the customer's location, and product availability at the relevant factory.

• Customers shall be notified of the estimated delivery date following order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines for standard products may differ from those for customized products requiring special manufacturing.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location, including elevators, entrances, staircases, and any special requirements for furniture transportation.

• Customers must notify the Company in advance of any access restrictions or site-related requirements.

• Additional charges may apply where exceptional transportation, lifting, or installation services are required, provided such charges are communicated to the customer in advance.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's absence, site unpreparedness, or undisclosed access restrictions, delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply as agreed.

• Installation responsibilities and the party performing the installation shall be determined according to the nature of the product and the order details.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations shall be governed by Thunder Furniture's applicable Return & Refund Policy, which shall be made available to customers before or during the purchase process.
